Amir issues Social Security Law

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued today Law No. 1 of 2022 issuing the Social Security Law.

The law stipulated its implementation and enforcement after six months from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette, with the exception of Articles 4 (fifth paragraph), 13 (first paragraph), 30 (first paragraph), which are implemented from the date of issuance of this law.
