Amir honours Major General al-Rashid with decoration of military duty

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani honoured on Thursday retired Major General Ali Mohamed al-Rashid, Commander of the Special Operations of Lekhwiya, by awarding him the decoration of military duty of the first degree.
