
Amber Alert ends after children found safe in Trois-Rivières, Que., area

An Amber Alert issued after two young children were reported missing on Saturday in Trois-Rivières, Que., about 150 kilometres northeast of Montreal, has ended.
The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) said on Sunday morning that both children were found safe and sound in Saint-Paulin, northwest of Trois-Rivières.
A suspect was arrested and is expected to meet with investigators later in the day, the SQ said.
The alert was issued at about 4 a.m. ET. on Sunday.
