While several playoff contenders added scoring help on the wing at Thursday’s NBA trade deadline, the Knicks stuck with their existing roster and were immediately rewarded for standing pat.
Alec Burks poured in a season-high 27 points off the bench in the Knicks’ comeback victory over the Wizards on Thursday night, his fourth consecutive game netting 20 or more.
