Al Wakra Municipality's Health Control Section carries out 823 inspection tours

A total of 291 slaughtered carcasses and 14,118kg of meat were destroyed for being unsuitable for human consumption. In the fish market, 30 tonnes of fish were examined and 110kg destroyed.
