Doha, Qatar: The Sheikh Abdulla Bin Zaid Al Mahmoud Islamic Cultural Center concluded the African Community Football League, which was held over three consecutive Fridays and witnessed strong engagement from the community. This initiative comes as part of the Center’s efforts to connect with its target groups and meet their recreational needs.

The Center organises such programmes on Fridays each week for different communities, depending on their preferred sports.

In addition, short accompanying educational segments are held, which include introducing the local culture and enhancing the target groups’ knowledge of the local community. 

Various communities interact positively with these programmes, as they provide entertainment, recreation, and education at the same time, in a manner that suits the nature and interests of the target audience.
