Adani green energy share price on Monday jumped by over seven per cent on both BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty. This comes after UAE's International Holding Company (IHC) announced that it would invest $2 billion in Adani Group's companies, including Adani Green Energy Limited.

Last week, International Holding company agreed to invest $2 Billion in three green-focused companies in Adani Group. These companies are Adani Green Energy, Adani Transmission and Adani Enterprises.
The Sensex and Nifty began the truncated week on a tepid note, weighed by technology shares, with investors focusing on earnings from Tata Consultancy Services later in the day that will kick off the March-quarter corporate results season.
NSE Nifty 50 index was down 0.39 per cent or 66.70 points at 17,717.65, while the S&P BSE Sensex fell 0.55 per cent to 59,121.64.
