Zelenskyy optimistic about wider use of Western arms

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed optimism Wednesday that his forces will be given more freedom to use Western-supplied arms to strike Russian targets, something Ukrainian officials have pleaded for to better defend against Russia’s invasion.
