In the Kenduadih police station area of Dhanbad in Jharkhand, a young man was walking when the ground under his feet suddenly gave way and a poisonous gas was spewed out. The youngster fell in a mine crater and was trapped there. The incident occurred in the mine patch of a private coal excavator UCC Infra, working on behalf of Bharat Coking Coal Limited, on Sunday morning. The 28-year-old victim, Umesh Paswan, had left his home to relieve himself when he fell in the crater that suddenly developed with a loud noise.
