
Wyoming wildfire destroys GOP rep's childhood home: 'Devastating’

The Haystacks Fire raging in eastern Wyoming has scorched over 28,000 acres of land since the flames reignited on Tuesday afternoon, officials said.
Hageman told Cowboy State Daily on Saturday that the old family home in the Haystacks, in which she lived until she was age 7, was over 100 years old and "very special" to her family. Hageman said the wildfire "destroyed" her childhood home, a rustic two-bedroom homestead in which she lived with her five siblings until she was 7 years old.
