
Woman arrested in South Korea for the alleged murder of two children found in suitcases in New Zealand

A 42-year-old woman believed to be the mother of two children whose remains were found by a family in suitcases bought from storage facility auction in New Zealand has been arrested on alleged murder in South Korea.
The woman was arrested in early hours of Thursday local time in the southeastern city of Ulsan, South Korean police official told CNN.
The police official confirmed that the arrested woman is the same woman believed to be the children's mother, who arrived in South Korea in 2018 and had not departed the country since.
