Twitter users have been posting pictures of their fathers using #Abbajan in an indirect swipe at Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath who triggered controversy after saying at an event that only those saying 'abba jaan' were getting ration before 2017 in the state.
After Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's 'abba jaan' comment made headlines and drew widespread criticism, Twitter users also joined the protest with photographs of their fathers with the hashtag #HamareAbbaJaan.
