A Wisconsin attorney argued to the state supreme court Monday why a 175-year-old abortion ban should be reinstated after the overturning of Roe v. Wade two years ago.
In December, Sheboygan County District Attorney Joel Urmanski appealed a Dane County judge’s ruling that said there is no state ban on abortions, invalidating the 175-year-old abortion ban. Greg Wehner is a breaking news reporter for Fox News Digital.
