At a time when restrictions have been imposed in several states due to the Covid-19 situation, a video has surfaced from Chhattisgarh wherein a youth is being beaten up by a district collector and thrashed by cops on a public road. The IAS officer was reportedly transferred in 2015 on bribery charges. Should be made an example of and serve prison time. pic.twitter.com/qmV9YnVy6y The incident occurred in Surajpur district of Chhattisgarh. In the viral video, District Collector Ranbir Sharma is seen taking the youth's phone and smashing it on the road.
