Watch: Celebrations Outside Congress HQ Before Counting Begins In J&K, Haryana

Celebrations have begun outside the Congress headquarters ahead of counting of votes in Jammu and Kashmir and Haryana. The exit polls have indicated that the Congress will win 55 of Haryana's 90 seats - comfortably ahead of the halfway mark of 46.
