McAuliffe briefly spoke at the nonpartisan development disabilities advocate nonprofit Arc of Virginia’s disabilities forum with his Republican opponent Glenn Youngkin on Thursday.
McAuliffe’s early departure did not sit well with some attendees, including Mike Murphy, whose son has special needs.
