Alia Bhatt was flying out of Mumbai for the Netflix Tudum event in Brazil
Alia Bhatt, who was pictured at the Mumbai airport last night, appeared to be a little confused when the paparazzi addressed her as "Sita." As the paparazzi went on to address her as "Sita Ma'am" and "Sita ji," Alia blushed, said "arey" and then hid her face. FYI, the paparazzi's remarks were with reference to reports of Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana being made with Alia Bhatt being cast as Sita and her husband Ranbir Kapoor being cast as lord Ram, respectively. However, no official announcement has been made regarding the project yet.
Meanwhile, Om Raut's Adipurush, which is also based on Ramayana, is slated to release on this Friday. The film stars Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh.
Ahead of the Netflix Tudum event in Brazil, Alia Bhatt shared these pictures and she wrote, "No heart of stone here... just one filled with love... enroute Tudum Sao Paulo." Alia Bhatt will make her Hollywood debut with Heart Of Stone, co-starring Gal Gadot.
