Vicky Kaushal began his journey in the entertainment industry as an assistant director on Gangs of Wasseypur. He later acted in side roles in Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana and Bombay Velvet. It was only on July 25, 2015 that Vicky got his big break as a lead actor in Masaan opposite Shweta Tripathi. The film was a huge hit among the audience which led to Vicky's fame.
