Valerie Bertinelli's alcohol-free lifestyle brought upon a big change
Fox News
Valerie Bertinelli is six months into her alcohol-free journey and sharing how her overall mindset has shifted due to the lifestyle change.
"I don't think I ever really had a problem [with alcohol], and that's why it was a bit, I don't want to say easy, but it was an easier path for me to start with Dry January," she told People magazine, of what her life has looked like since the new year. "And then go, ‘Well, I'm halfway through February. Now I might as well just keep going.' And now for me, I kind of make a game of it." "I'm not groggy. I'm not tired. I'm not: ‘What did I do last night?’" Caroline Thayer is an entertainment writer for Fox News Digital. Follow Caroline Thayer on Twitter at @carolinejthayer.
