Police say a man was shot after rammed a car into a barrier outside the Capitol, injuring two officers.
The US Capitol is on lockdown after a vehicle rammed into a barrier and injured two Capitol Police officers. The driver of the car was shot by police and taken to a hospital in critical condition. US Capitol Police said on Twitter they were responding to the incident at the North Barricade, outside the US Senate, after “reports someone rammed a vehicle into two USCP officers. “A suspect is in custody. Both officers are injured. All three have been transported to the hospital,” the Capitol Police tweet said.More Related News
