Doha, Qatar: The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CGB) has unveiled a significantly enhanced version of the Unified Platform for Employment and Professional Development “Kawader,” introducing advanced digital and artificial intelligence features designed to better support jobseekers and enable government entities to access suitable national talent efficiently.
Kawader is a platform, in which all jobs available in Qatar in all sectors, government bodies, and private entities are displayed to provide citizens and children of Qatari women with the opportunity to obtain jobs that suit their qualifications.
Director of the Nomination and Replacement Department at the CGB Dhabya Ahmed Al Buainain, said the upgraded platform represents a qualitative leap in recruitment and career development services.
Speaking to Qatar TV yesterday, she noted that the new version focuses on improving user experience, accelerating performance, and ensuring seamless access to and handling of data, while leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance job matching accuracy and overall efficiency.
Al Buainain explained that, for jobseekers, the platform now allows the easy creation of a professional profile supported by AI tools. Importantly, job opportunities are matched based on skills and qualifications rather than job titles alone, expanding opportunities and ensuring a more realistic alignment between candidates and available roles.
