University Exams 2021: IIT Goa asks students to prepare questions for semester exams

IIT Goa has decided to conduct its semester exams in a unique way, by asking the students to form their own questions due to the pandemic situation.

In a first, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Goa has decided to ease some of the pressure of the students appearing for semester exams in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, by asking them to form their own questions for this academic session. As per the question paper for the semester exams, students have been asked to prepare their own questions from the entire syllabus of the semester, which consists of 30 lectures. Students are asked to answer their own questions at the designated time. The question paper further states, “The questions should reflect your understanding of the course and must also be answered in 2 hours. Avoid discussing with your friends. It may reduce your score if similarities are found.”
