UK police arrest three men after car explosion in Liverpool

Counter-terrorism police said in a statement that the three men are in there 20's and were detained in Kensington area of the city.

UK police arrested three men under the Terrorism Act after a man was killed in a car explosion outside Liverpool Women's Hospital, in northwest England.

The passenger was declared dead at the scene and is yet to be formally identified, according to (BBC).
