Two-state solution only answer to Israel-Palestine conflict: Biden

Washington: US President Joe Biden underlined that two-state solution was the only answer to resolving the conflict between Israel and Palestine, and pledged to build a major package with other countries to help rebuild Gaza Strip.
Speaking at a White House news conference, Biden said that aid to the region would be coordinated with the Palestinian Authority, adding, "I'm praying this ceasefire will hold." He called for an end to inter-communal fighting by "extremists" on both sides, and said it was imperative to ensure security for Palestinians in the West Bank and help the people of Gaza.
