Former President Donald Trump vowed if he's re-elected to pursue the death penalty for human traffickers and revive Title 42 to combat child trafficking.
The Title 42 public health order was implemented by the Trump administration, allowing border officials to expel migrants without granting them an asylum hearing in order to limit the spread of COVID-19.
