Telangana Rashtra Samithi's MP in Rajya Sabha, Banda Prakash, has been booked in a cheating case. The court had directed the police to lodge the case against him. Banda Prakash is Secretary of the Alluri Institute of Management, Alluri Trust. A person named Mallareddy had approached the court alleging that the trust had committed fraud in the payment of income tax during the financial years 2016-17 and 2017-18.
