Trinamool’s Kunal Ghosh returns Rs 2.67 crore Saradha money to Enforcement Directorate

Trinamool Congress leader Kunal Ghosh has reportedly returned the money paid to him by Saradha Group while he worked for the media company of the ponzi firm. Kunal Ghosh returned Rs 2.67 crore to the Enforcement Directorate, which is probing the money laundering aspect of the Saradha chit fund scam case, on Wednesday. The development comes after Kunal Ghosh, during questioning earlier this month, requested the ED to allow him to return the money that he earned from Saradha as salary and advertisements after deducting the income tax. The agency accepted his plea on Monday.
