Trial for Chinese Communist Party critic Jimmy Lai postponed nearly a year after lawyer's visa denied
Fox News
Chinese Communist Party critic Jimmy Lai will not stand trial for national security charges until September of 2023 due to ongoing challenges with his British lawyer's visa.
