The traffic management of Lucknow has halted vehicular commute on a number of roads in the city, keeping in view the immersion of idols and the Dussehra festival. The change will be effective from 12 noon on Friday. Here’s a list of route diversions in the city.

DCP Traffic, Rais Akhtar on Wednesday evening announced that the traffic system of Lucknow will be changed from 12 noon on Friday due to the immersion of Goddess’ idols and the Dussehra festival. Vehicular movements from normal routes will be halted and commuters will have to pass through alternate routes.

Reportedly, officials have released a fresh plan of diverted routes for the facility of the travellers.
