Tom Brady has still got it ‘24 years later’ in shirtless running video
NY Post
Tom Brady running shirtless has the internet in a chokehold.
The retired quarterback looked like he was in mid-season form while running outdoor sprints, as seen in a video posted to his Instagram Story Thursday.
“24 years later..,” the future Hall of Famer wrote — and tagged his company Nobull, which houses his health and nutrition brand TB12 and apparel business BRADY.
“No excuses. Show up for yourself so you can show up all the damn day!” Brady wrote, adding a few stop watch emojis.
Brady, 46, played 23 NFL seasons and won seven Super Bowl titles before he hung up his jersey for good after the 2022 season.
He announced his retirement in a social media video on Feb. 1, 2023.

SAN DIEGO — As you may have seen elsewhere in this newspaper (and also if you haven’t deleted me yet from your social media), I have a book coming out Tuesday called “The Bosses of The Bronx.” Much of it details the 37 years’ worth of antics, winning, losing, winning again and overall mania of George Steinbrenner’s time with the Yankees.

Cade Cunningham, almost inarguably the best player in the East this season, is likely out for the remainder of the regular season. That’s the word out of Detroit following the depressing news that Cunningham punctured a lung when he took a knee to his side Tuesday from Washington’s Tre Johnson while chasing a loose ball.

Wednesday was another positive day at Yankees camp. For the first time since March 6, 2025 — an outing in which he knew “something wasn’t right,” which began a weeks-long saga that ended on the operating table for Tommy John surgery — Gerrit Cole was back on a mound and facing hitters in game action.
