The Utah Division of State Parks responded to reports of a boating incident where a 3-year-old toddler fell off the back of a vessel and was hit by the propeller before dying.
A preliminary investigation found that 3-year-old Walter Greer was riding on a boat with family members when he fell off the vessel. Greg Wehner is a breaking news reporter for Fox News Digital.
After falling in, state park officials said in a press release, Greer was struck by the propeller on the back of the boat.
