The mysterious man seen zooming about 30 feet above Times Square over the weekend to stunned onlookers has revealed himself as hoverboard developer Hunter Kowald. “It’s everybody’s childhood dream to fly,” Kowald, 28, told The Post.
It was a flashback to NYC in the 1990s.
