dpa Jakarta At least three people have been killed and seven seriously injured after a shallow 4.8-magnitude earthquake struck the Indonesian island of Bali on Saturday, officials said.Several buildings in the districts of Karangasem and Bangli were toppled in the pre-dawn quake, said Gede Darmada, the head of the provincial search and rescue agency.   An 8-year-old boy was among two people killed in Bangli when a landslide caused by the earthquake buried them, he said.“We’ve searched all areas affected and we don’t expect the death toll to increase,” he said.  The quake also triggered a landslide that blocked a major road, said Agus Sutapan, an official at the local civil protection agency.  The on-land quake struck at 4:18 am local time (1918 GMT Friday) with the epicentre eight kilometres north-west of Karangasem, at a depth of 10 kilometres, according to the national geological agency.  Bali reopened to tourists from 19 countries on Thursday, but local officials said they are not expecting an influx of international visitors until next month, as no foreign airlines had applied for flight slots before then.
