Now, Malaika, in a conversation with Brides Today, has shared details about her life, relationships, hobbies and passion. But one thing that attracted our attention was the question - “what do people sometimes get wrong about Malaika [Arora]?” The actress, who is known for her intense fitness routine, said that she used to get “bothered” when “people thought of me as just a ‘great body' and a ‘good face'.” She said, “When you are perceived as a sexy bombshell, no one takes you seriously. And this is what people thought about me for the longest time. It bothered me how people thought of me as just a ‘great body' and a ‘good face'.” Malaika added that she wanted to “break” that perception. “And, I really wanted to break away from this image, and I worked on myself to do so as well,” she said.
In the same interview, Malaika Arora spoke about her equation with her boyfriend, actor Arjun Kapoor. She said, “He [Arjun Kapoor] is my person, I feel lucky to have found true love. I might have had wrong notions about love all my life, but when I met him, I connected with him and just fell in love. I now know what love is about...To love someone so purely is truly fascinating.”
On her age difference with Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora said, “Our world is so obsessed with tags...There is an age difference, but it has never been an issue between us.”
Malaika Arora confirmed her relationship with Arjun Kapoor in 2019, and ever since then, the couple has grown stronger. Malaika was previously married to Arbaaz Khan, and together they have a son Arhaan Khan.
