San Miguel Chapel in Santa Fe, New Mexico is widely recognized as the oldest church in the United States. The Catholic Church is still fully functional today; visitors are welcome to tour it.

Since its original creation, around 1610, the church has been home to many events, including religious services, ceremonies, celebrations and more.
