Competition Commissioner Matthew Boswell is getting one last chance to try to scuttle Rogers Communications' planned $20-billion takeover of Shaw Communications, with the Competition Bureau's appeal set to be heard before the courts later this morning.
TSX HITS SEVEN-MONTH HIGH
Don't look now, but the S&P/TSX Composite Index has just hit its highest level since June 8th of last year, as the New Year's rally pushes stocks higher.
