The Big Short investor Burry is betting big against Tesla

The family office run by Michael Burry, one of the investors profiled in the book and film The Big Short, disclosed it has a short position worth more than $500m betting against Tesla shares.
The family office run by The Big Short investor Michael Burry has disclosed a short position betting against Tesla Inc shares worth more than half a billion dollars. Scion Asset Management said in a regulatory filing on Monday that it had bearish put options on 800,100 shares in Tesla as of the end of the first quarter that were worth $534m. Put options give investors the right to sell shares at a certain price in the future.More Related News
