Dallas Police Department officials identified a 22-year-old man as the suspect in a shooting at the Texas State Fair on Saturday that left three people injured.
The Dallas Police Department identified a suspect who was arrested on Saturday night as 22-year-old Cameron Turner, who fled the scene after the shooting and was apprehended. Police also recovered a gun. Greg Wehner is a breaking news reporter for Fox News Digital.
