Brownsville, Texas rancher Debi Douglas joined "Fox & Friends First" Thursday to discuss safety concerns in border towns after four Americans were kidnapped in Mexico.
Douglas said on "Fox & Friends First" that living conditions in her area are only getting worse, and she doesn’t believe anything will improve even if the cartel members are arrested.
"The Mexican government is afraid of the cartel," she reasoned. "If Biden does not do something, this is going to come more into our country."
She said the community is largely unaware of the severity of the danger, and she believes the two individuals killed in Mexico didn’t take the threat "to heart" when they traveled across the border.
