Texas authorities announced this week that they had stopped a human smuggling attempt using Uber – as law enforcement deals with a surge of illegal immigration.
During a roadside interview, the trooper determined that the five passengers in the rear seat and cargo area were Mexican illegal immigrants. Bill Melugin currently serves as a national correspondent for FOX News Channel based out of the Los Angeles bureau.
