Team India to host Afghanistan for ODI series in 2022

Afghanistan are slated to play 52 international matches -- 37 ODIs, 12 T20Is, and three Test matches during the next two-year time period.

The Afghanistan men's cricket team will face India in a three-match ODI series away from home in March next year, as per their Future Tour Program (FTP) schedule for 2022-23.

According to their schedule, the national side is slated to play 52 international matches -- 37 ODIs, 12 T20Is, and three Test matches during the next two-year time period.

In those two years, Afghanistan will play in the Asia Cup in 2022 and the ICC T20 World Cup in the same year, followed by the Asia Cup and the ICC 50-over World Cup in 2023.
