Tamil Nadu to open places of worship on weekends as Covid-19 cases fall

The Tamil Nadu government has decided to allow the opening of places of worship on weekends after Chief Minister MK Stalin held a review meeting on Wednesday.
As daily Covid-19 cases fall below 1,300 in Tamil Nadu, the state government has allowed the opening of places of worship on weekends.
Chief Minister MK Stalin held a review meeting on Wednesday. Following this, a new set of relaxations has been announced.
