T20 World Cup: Pakistan's Shoaib Malik and Mohammad Rizwan reportedly missed training with a mild flu a day before their semi-final against Australia.
Pakistan opener Mohammad Rizwan and veteran former captain Shoaib Malik reportedly missed training a day before their T20 World Cup semi-final against Australia with a mild flu. Both players were tested for Covid-19 and returned negative and they have returned negative reports throughout the tournament.
The pair woke up on Wednesday with mild fever and were initially advised to delay training, according to ESPNCricinfo. They then went on to miss training altogether.
