Having someone like Ravichandran Ashwin in the squad is an advantage as the senior spinner is always looking to take wickets, said India limited overs vice-captain. Ashwin returned with figures of 2/14 in the four overs he bowled during India's 66-run win over Afghanistan in the T20 World Cup on Wednesday.
Ashwin was playing a T20I match for the first time in over four years and was not selected during India's previous two matches in the tournament. However, Rohit indicated that the 35-year-old will be selected in India's remaining matches.
