T20 World Cup: Aaron Finch recovery from knee surgery going 'ahead of schedule', to play warm-up game vs India
India Today
Aaron Finch has confirmed that his recovery from a knee surgery is going "a couple of weeks ahead of schedule" and that he will be fit in time for Australia's warm-up games ahead of the T20 World Cup.
Australia captain Aaron Finch is expected to be available for the T20 World Cup warm-up games later this month if everything goes to plan regarding his recovery from a knee surgery.
Finch had gone under the knife to get a cartilage in his right knee repaired in August and has been recuperating from it since then. The 34-year-old was racing against time to get fit for the main event but was doubtful for the warm-up games against New Zealand and India.
