Swedish police respond to threat of deadly attack at school in Orebro, injuries reported, situation developing.
Swedish police said on Tuesday (February 4, 2025) they were responding to a threat of a deadly attack at a school in the city of Orebro some 200 km (125 miles) west of Stockholm.
Five people were shot and injured during the attack, reports say.
"The operation concerns threats of lethal violence," police said in a statement, adding that the situatuion was still developing.
A police spokesperson declined to comment when reached by Reuters.
