
Supreme Court to decide future of EPA's anti-pollution rule impacting power plant emissions

The Supreme Court will consider arguments in February on the Environmental Protection Agency's authority to implement its "good neighbor" emission rule in 10 states.
The rule is being challenged by three energy-producing states — Ohio, Indiana and West Virginia — as well as industry groups and individual businesses.
