The Supreme Court asked the Centre to comply with the court's orders of supplying 700 MT oxygen to Delhi and sought to know the plans to achieve the target.
The Centre on Wednesday moved the Supreme Court against the Delhi High Court show-cause notice over the ongoing oxygen crisis in Delhi. The court asked the Centre to maintain transparency on the oxygen supply issue and keep citizens informed. The Supreme Court also told the Centre to comply with the court's orders of supplying 700 MT oxygen to Delhi and sought to know the plans to achieve the target. Justice Chandrachud told the Centre, "If you provide data in a transparent manner every morning, afternoon and evening then things can be smoothened out. You have a virtual control room. Use it and publicise it. Citizens should know how much is coming in and how much is being provided. Hospitals should know how much they will get."More Related News
