Canadian Hard of Hearing Association Sudbury made the draw for 2024 Dream Home at the new home in Minnow Lake on Wednesday.
Priscilla St. Jean from South Porcupine likely had a big smile on her face Wednesday afternoon.
St. Jean’s ballot was drawn for the grand prize in the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association 2024 Ultimate Dream Home draw in Sudbury.
She will choose between a new, fully furnished house valued at $948,622 or a cash option of $650,000.
“She has a choice of whether she wants to move into the gorgeous home by BelMar Builders or if she wants to take the cash option,” said executive director Kim Scott.
“Last year’s winners relocated to Sudbury and they took the house and moved into it. So it’s never an easy choice but it’s always a good one.”
Organizers also picked winning tickets for other prizes for thousands of dollars in gift cards from partner retailers.
This is the 23rd year for the Ultimate Dream Home draw. More than 125,000 tickets were sold this year.
