While the hospital's emergency department remains open, all non-urgent outpatient procedures and clinics scheduled today (Wednesday) have been cancelled.
"Impacted patients will be notified," HSN said in a news release.
"We will continue to keep the community updated on this situation as new information becomes available."
The problems at the hospital are related to Tuesday's severe weather, including afternoon thunderstorms when 27 mm of rain fell, mostly between 2 and 3 p.m.
"We ask everyone coming to HSN to please continue to be kind and patient with our teams," the hospital said.
